The upper part moves from a lower starting point to an upper final position through a distance of at least 5 cm, and its movement path is directed upwards from the horizontal plane at an angle of at least 15 degrees. A link arm system is incorporated with at least four parallel rotary axes, of which a first pair is located (15A-D) in the lower part, and a second pair is positioned (16A-D) in the upper part. - At least two pairs of parallel spaced link arms are provided, of which one pair (4A,4C) extends between a first rotary axis (11) in the lower part and a first rotary axis (12) in the upper part, and a second pair (4B,4D) extends between a second rotary axis (13) in the lower part and a second rotary axis (14) in the upper part.
