PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy study for generating cause of a fault and to stabilize the data processing operation by storing the identification data on a program module to be executed to a memory part. CONSTITUTION:Program modules M1-Mn are stored in a program memory 1 of a tracing system, and the memory 1 is connected to a processing part 4. A memory 2 for parameter work is connected to the part 4. A pointer region P and parameter regions PM1-PM3 are provided to the memory 2 together with a register 8 having module number m1, a logging region 9, etc. The input data given from an input control part 13 of the tracing system is applied to the part 4 via a control part 14 to execute the programs of modules M1-Mn. Then the numbers of executed modules M1-Mn are stored in the region 9 in the order of execution. When a fault arises, the logging data of the region 9 is delivered. Then the module sequence is traced to study easily a cause of fault. |
