PURPOSE:To prevent damage of cargo by a method wherein the cargo, sheet pallet and rigid auxiliary pallet are carried out integrally by a carryout conveyor in the pallet accumulating type loading and carrying device for the cargo such as fertilizer, cement bag or the like. CONSTITUTION:The pallets 14 are held on the rigid auxiliary pallet 17, waiting at the right end of a carry-in conveyor A under the condition of empty cargo, thereafter, the sheet pallets 14 are disposed and piled up onto the auxiliary pallet 17. The sheet pallet 14 under the accumulated condition is transferred to the right end of the carry-in conveyor Q and is waited. On the other hand, the sheet pallet 14, already transferred to the side of a loading conveyor B, and the auxiliary pallet 17 are held after loaded and elevated by a fork (h) and when the weight thereof has arrived at a predetermined amount by loading and accumulating the cargoes (g) carried from a supplying conveyor 1 side, both of them are carried out to the side of the carry-out conveyor U by the driving of the loading conveyor B into the arrow sign direction Y3. Thereafter, the pallets 14, 17 of empty condition, which have been waiting at the left side end of the carry-in conveyor Q, are carried integrally to the side of the conveyor B. |
