PURPOSE:To provide a working machine for forming vanes having a prescribed angle from a disc-shaped work by constituting relatively movably a rotary table which can index circumferentially the disc-shaped work subjected to slitting and a gripper which rotates by gripping the vane of the work. CONSTITUTION:A work 8 is a disc subjected to slitting 13 and is provided vanes 10 on the outside circumference in a disc part 9. The work 8 for single or plural stages of vanes 10 is attached on a rotary table 1 in the stage of working in such a way that the axial line thereof is positoned at a right angle to the movement of a gripper 5 in the X direction by a horizontal driving part 3 and in parallel with the movement in the Y direction by a vertical driving part 4. The circumferential indexing of the vanes 10 is accomplished by the rotation of the table 1 in the C direction and the radial grasping position of the vanes 10 is selected by the parts 3, 4. The gripper 5 is then inserted to the vane 10 from the outside circumferential part 12 of the vane 10 to the position slightly apart from a root 11 without extending to the disc part 9 and the gripper 5 is rotated to a prescribed angle around its axial center to deform plastically the vane part, thereby forming a twisted part 15. |
