The coupling arrangement and bearing unit, consist of a sleeve (12) with hooks (24) and ball bearing (22) these are fixed to the nose part of the supply pipe. In the coupling mode, the hooks contact the outer ring (23) of the ball bearing which enables free rotary movement of thend piece. The uncoupling device consists of a second row of hooks (13) inside sleeve (12), and cooperate with contact ring (9), and are also controlled by a sliding ring on the supply line. The hooks and the contact ring are activated by a chamfered part of the sleeve.
