Novel carbamates

Carbamates which can be used as pesticides correspond to the formula I <IMAGE> in which R1 is <IMAGE>, R2 is <IMAGE> or R4-CH2-CH2-, R3 is hydrogen, <IMAGE> or <IMAGE>, R4 is <IMAGE> or <IMAGE> and R5, R6 and R7 are each hydrogen, halogen or C1-C4-alkyl. They can be prepared by reacting an acid halide of the formula <IMAGE> with an alcohol of the formula HOR2.
