PURPOSE:To inspect exactly the propriety of an internal pressure and whether the internal pressure is suitable or not, irrespective of a quality of material and a structure of a tightly sealed-up vessel, by measuring a deformation quantity of the tightly sealed-up vessel, which is generated in case when an external pressure is applied to the tightly sealed-up vessel. CONSTITUTION:A pressing member 2 is in the lowest descent position in case of a state that it contacts by pressing to a tightly sealed-up vessel 1, and a distance (s) which is smaller than a barrel diameter of the tightly sealed-up vessel 1, and also gives a position where the pressing member 2 descends larger than a deformation quantity (upward moving distance) generated in case when the tightly sealed-up vessel 1 is pressed by a prescribed pressure is set between a supporting surface 13 of the tightly sealed-up vessel 1 and the pressing member 2. Accordingly, when the tightly sealed-up vessel 1 is inserted between the pressing member 2 and the supporting surface 13, and a prescribed pressure is applied, the pressing member 2 moves upward by a distance (d), deforming the tightly sealed-up vessel 1, and this upward moving distance (d) is detected as a deformation quantity by a detecting device 12. Subsequently, a range of a deformation quantity corresponding to a range of a prescribed internal pressure of the tightly sealed-up vessel 1 is set to the detecting device 12, and the propriety of the internal pressure of the tightly sealed-up vessel 1 is decided by the detecting device 12. |
