摘要 |
PURPOSE:To execute the compensation of a zero point error and a span error without a mutual interference by providing a means for reducing the influence of an ambient temperature exerted on an output of a differential pressure transducer. CONSTITUTION:A temperature error compensating circuit TC is provided on a transducer PD, and its output current + or -IZ is added by a suitable polarity to the first outut current IM1 of PD1 in a current adding point S1 of an outputting circuit of PD, and the other output current IS is added by a suitable polarity to (IM2-IR) in an adding point S2 of an outputting circuit of the second output current IM2 of PD1. A circuit TC consists of a temperature difference detecting circuit TB, and a voltage-current converting circuit E/I for converting an output voltage E of TB to two currents of a zero point error compensating circuit + or -I2 and a span error compensating current + or -IS. The temperature difference detecting circuit TB is a kind of temperature difference detecting bridge, and generates the output voltage E being proportional to a difference (t-t0) of a specified reference temperature t0 in a working temperature and an ambient temperature (t). |
