The device is characterised in that a rotary pin 3 is inserted through the two clamping jaws 5, 6; one of the ends of the pin 3 passes through, while being capable of rotating, one 5 of the clamping jaws and is locked by a locknut behind this jaw; the other clamping jaw 6 is screwed by means of a thread 12 onto the shank (barrel) of the pin 3, or alternatively this shank (barrel) is screwed through this pin. c.
