PURPOSE:To prevent a rachet from coming out due to vibration of an engine by making the fall-in and working face of the rachet to draw an arc about the center of a reel supporting shaft and making a stopper to support the rachet at the back side of the face engaging therewith. CONSTITUTION:With a rachet 19 staying in a dent, the fall-in and working face 32 of the rachet 19 draws an arc about the center of a reel supporting shaft 12. A stopper 23 which is formed on the reel 13 is capable of supporting the back face 33 with respect to the engaging face 20 with the rachet 19. The force produced by the abutment of the fall-in and working face 32 and a part 30 is applied toward a reel supporting shaft 12 to keep the rachet 19 stable in the fell-in position, thereby surely preventing the rachet 19 from coming out due to vibration of an engine. |
