PURPOSE:To obtain such excellent copy quality that there is neither the staining of the background nor fine absence of a picture by incorporating a filler whose potential by frictional electrostatic charge is zero or positive to toner or a carrier. CONSTITUTION:Transfer paper which is used for the electrophotography of a positive-polarity toner development system contains the filler, such as calcium charbonate, whose potential by frictional charge is zero or positive to the toner or carrier. When this transfer paper is used, neither a flocculate of paper powder and toner nor an increase of the opposite-polarity toner appears even when paper powder sticking to a photosensitive body in a toner transfer process is not cleaned sufficiently or if the paper powder mixes in a developer when the cleaned toner is reused. Consequently, neither fogging nor deterioration in copy quality is caused, and any partial absence of a copy does not occur to obtain an image of high quality. |
