PURPOSE:To suppress the corrosion and abrasion of a roller and to facilitate the detachment of the roller, by attaching a roller made of a resin to the flight in a scraping apparatus for scraping the precipitate or the floated substance in a sewage introducing basin through a flight support frame. CONSTITUTION:A chain 3 is provided in a sewage or waste water introducing basin so as to revolve along a bottom part rail 5 and an upper part rail 6 in an endless state and a large number of flights 4 for scraping precipitate or floated substance are attached to the chain 3. A notch 9 is provided to a part where said flights 4 are contacted with the upper and lower rails 5, 6 and a resin roller 12 is attached therein in freely rotatable manner through a support frame 10. An attachment seat 14 confronted to the bottom part of the notch 9 at one edge thereof is attached to the support frame 10 and a clamp member 15 piercing said seat 14 and the flight 4 is provided to fix the support frame 10 to the flight 4. The roller 12 is made of resin and the corrosion or abrasion is not generated while the exchange and detachment of the roller are easy.
