<p>PURPOSE:To make response excellent, by forming heat-sensitive resistor bodies on a supporting body so that the resistance value per unit length of the heat- sensitive resistor bodies on both sides of the supporting body becomes larger than the resistance value per unit length of a heat-sensitive resistance body at the center of the supporting body. CONSTITUTION:A head part 11 is attached to the top of a body part 10. An air cleaner is connected to the upstream of the head part. The downstream of a skirt part 12 is connected to an engine. A bypass 18 are formed in the body part 10 together with a main path. The bypass 18 is constituted of a straight line part 18-1 and a curved part 18-2. The curved part 18-2 surrounds the outside of the main path 16 by about 3/4. In the straight part 18-1 of the bypass 18, a heat sensitive resistor 22 for measuring air flow and a heat-sensitive resistor 22 for compensating the temperature of air are arranged as sensors. Both resistors 20 and 22 are fixed to support pins. The support pins are connected to an electric circuit in a circuit case 26 through the inside of a heat insulating material 24.</p> |
