STATOR COIL OF SINGLE-PHASE INDUCTION MOTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate harmonic magnetomotive force in a simplified construction by arranging an auxiliary coil of a throttle pitch structure similar to a main coil at the position isolated at the prescribed electric angle from the center of the pole of odd number of the main coil. CONSTITUTION:A main coil 3 wound on a stator core is directly excited by a single-phase AC power source 2. An auxiliary coil 4 is wound at the position displaced at approx. 90 deg. electrically from the coil 3, a phase advancing capacitor 5 for advancing in phase the current of the coil 4 so as not to produce a phase difference to the coil 3 is connected in series between the coil 4 and the power source 2.
