PURPOSE:To record continuously many still pictures and make a device small- sized by connecting the first device, which sends a magnetic disk where recording of picture signals is terminated, and the second device, which stores the sent magnetic disk, as required. CONSTITUTION:In the second device 25, the first storage part 27 where plural recording jackets 26 are stored and the second storage part 29 where recorded jackets 28 sent from the first device 1 are stored are formed on both sides of the first device 1. In case of continuous photographing, the second device 25 is connected to the first device 1, and a photographic mode selecting switch 24 is set to a continuous photographic mode. When a release button 23 is depressed, a magnetic disk of a jacket 6 held in a holder 8 is rotated and driven by a driving motor 4, and a magnetic head 5 slides on a magnetic disk 7 in the circumferential direction by this rotation. Meanwhile, an object image from a photographic lens 2 is converted to an electric signal by a solid-state image pickup device 3 and is subjected to signal processing and is recorded onto the magnetic disk 7 through the magnetic head 5 by magnetization. |
