Compensator

The compensator has undulations with legs (4) which converge at an angle and the longitudinal edges of which are made in the form of roundings (5). The undulation bodies (3) of the compensator are arranged angularly in relation to one another and abut at the corners in such a manner that in each case an undulation trough of one undulation body (3) is connected to the undulation peak of the undulation body (3) at an angle thereto, forming an edge running at an angle to the undulation body (3). The connection legs (7), via which the compensator undulations are connected to a duct, are in each case formed on in the centre of an undulation (Fig. 2). <IMAGE>
