PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of the quantitativeness in the feed amount of a powder, by filling the ring shaped groove provided to the peripheral edge part of an eccentrically driven and rotated table with a powder mixed under stirring in a pressure regulating chamber while scraping out the filled powder in quantitative portions to a discharge chute by a scraper. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical pressure regulating chamber 3 is provided to a hopper 1 so as to communicated therewith to fix a boss 8 to a main shaft 5 and a rotary table 12 is placed in a case 4 so as to be made eccentric in a predetermined amount from the shaft 5. In this case, to the lower part of the boss 8, each pin 16 is fixed at the circumferential position having a radius (r) from the center thereof and the other end of said pin is brought into contact with a part of the inner periphery of each orifice 12b provided by drilling at the circumferential position having a radius (r) from the center of the table 12. In the next step, the powder in the hopper 1 is lowered into the chamber 3 in quantitative portions through the opening 2a by the blade 9 in said hopper 1 and pressure regulation is performed while the powder is mixed under stirring by blades 11, 14 to fill the ring shaped groove 12c of the table 12 and the powder in the groove 12c is scraped in chute parts 19, 20 in quantitative portions by the leading end of a scraper 21. By this mechanism, the reliability of the quantitativeness in the feed amount of the powder is enhanced. |
