PURPOSE:To reduce the abrasion of a flight and a rail, by providing a support frame having rollers at both ends thereof to the flight in a scraping apparatus for scraping the precipitate or the floated substance in a sewage introducing basi in such a way that said support frame is inlaid with the flight and the attachment part thereof is secured to the flight. CONSTITUTION:An endless chain is recirculated between the upper surface and the bottom part in a sewage or waste water introducing basin and the precipitate or the floated substance is scraped by the flight 4 attached to the chain. In this case, the like base part 9A of a support frame 9 having two resin rollers 10 attached to the front and rear parts thereof is inlayed with the notch 4A of the flight 4 by the attachment surface 9B formd to said frame 9 at right angles. This roller apparatus is attached to each of the upper and lower parts of the flight 4 and the flight 4 is revolved along with the chain 3 along the bottom part rail 6 and the upper surface rail in the introducing basin to scrape the precipitate or the floated substance therein. The gap between the flight 4 and the bottom surface is lower than a link to disperse load while scraping capacity is increased and the abrasion of the rail or the like is reduced.
