FIXING METHOD OF GROUND COIL OF MAGNETICALLY LEVITATED TRAIN

PURPOSE:To prevent noise upon travelling of a train by installing a ground coil so that the upper surface becomes the same plane as the roadbed surface, and filling synthetic resin foam to the slot wall coil side of the roadbed, thereby eliminating the stepwise difference between the ground coil and the roadbed. CONSTITUTION:A ground coil 1 formed by insulating the periphery of an aluminum conductor 1a is engaged with the slot of a ballast 2 so that the upper surface becomes the same plane as the surface of the roadbed 2. Foamable urethane resin composition is filled and foamed in a gap produced between the both side faces of the coil 1 and the roadbed 2, and the coil 1 is fixed to the slot of the roadbed 2.
