Such a floor guide has an angle consisting of a base plate (12) and of a fastening plate (14). Guide webs fastened to guide pedestals (11) are guided displaceably on the base plate (12) and can be locked. The web (10) projects either into a guide groove (9) made in the end face (6) of a door element (5) confronting the floor or into a recess for the retention of a covering wall (3). Because the guide webs (10) are adapted in their position to the respective requirements and the base plate (12) can be fastened to the masonry (1) by means of the fastening plate (14), the outlay for assembly is reduced in comparison with known floor guides. <IMAGE>
