PURPOSE:Paste of fish meat is colored salmon pink, made into a sheet, then, the sheet is coated with a binder of a different color on its surface, rolled into a bar, cut into an appropriate length, pressed into a shape of cut fillet of salmon and boiled to make a salmon-like boiled paste closely resembling cross section of salmon fillets. CONSTITUTION:Mainly ground fish meat is kneaded to prepare a paste 1 and the paste is colored salmon pink. The colored paste 2 is made into a sheet and the sheet 5 is coated with a binder of a different color 8, then transformed into a bar. The bar is cut into an appropriate length, a cut bar is placed in a retainer of a shape of cut salmon fillet and pressed. Thus, 3 pieces of the bar 13 is formed in a cut fillet of salmon. The formed product is boiled, smoked or sliced to give a salmon boiled paste. |
