PURPOSE:To perform liquid waste disposal in a short time with small-sized equipment, by conjunctly adding inorganic and macromolecular coagulants to liquid waste containing organic substance to form flocks, and then treating said treated liquid with granular zeolite and granular activated carbon. CONSTITUTION:A raw liquid a containing organic substance after being adjusted to a pH of 7-8 is introduced into a reaction tank 2, wherein the proper amounts of an inorganic coagulant b and a macromolecular coagulant c are respectively agitatively added. Said raw liquid is then left standing as such, so that SS and dissolved organic substance are coagulated in flocks d and separately precipitated. Thereafter, a supernatant liquid e is sent through a filter 12 to a reservoir tank 13 and reserved therein as a treated liquid f. Said treated liquid f is introduced into a water accepting tank 14 and fluidized through purification tanks 16, 17 packed with granular zeolite g to adsorptively remove ammoniac nitrogen, anionic organic substance, etc. The treated liquid is further introduced into a purification tank 18 packed with granular activated carbon i to perform decoloration and deodorization, and the treated water j is introduced into a soil permeating tank 19. |
