PURPOSE:To improve filtration efficiency of soybean milk without changing taste and color tone of peeled soybeans, by adding a specific ratio of seed coat of soybean to ground steamed or boiled peeled soybeans, filtering the soybeans. CONSTITUTION:0.5-5.0wt% seed coat of soybean as a filter aid having <=10 meshes particle size is added to ground steamed or boiled peeled soybeans, which is filtered by using a filter of soybean milk for round soybeans, to give soybean milk for bean-curd (Tofu) or fried bean-curd. |
