PURPOSE:To prevent burn in case of contact between the finger tip and a mounting plate for the heated food during a taking-out operation for a toast by a method wherein a raising means is arranged below the lower end of the inner surface of a door, its extremity end is projected upwardly from the mounting means when the door is opened. CONSTITUTION:When the front open door 5 is opened (position indicated by 5'), the mounting plate 4 is moved forward (position indicated by 4') and at the same time a raising means 7 is also rotated (indicated by an arrow A) and its extremity end is projected from the mounting means 4' by a distance of (h), so that when the cooked food 6' is taken out of the unit, the finger tip is not contacted with the mounting means 4'. |
