PURPOSE:To offer a blowing device by a method wherein damping force applied to a stator is decreased, the influence for the rotation of the stator caused by the wiring of a feeding cord is also decreased. CONSTITUTION:When an electric motor 8 is driven by the operation of a switch, the turning torque of a rotor 25 is generated due to the rotatable supporting of an electric motor 8, and a stator 21 is forced to rotate in reverse direction by a reaction force. The reactin force applied to the stator 21 is transferred to a reeling rotatable supporting shaft 27 with a front cover 6 and a rear cover 7, a wire 44 is reeled, and a shutter 3 of a ventilating fan is opened. A feeding cord 30 for the electric motor 8 is hardly affected by the rotation of the electric motor 8 caused by being inserted through the reeling rotatable supporting shaft 27 which is the rotating center of the electric motor 8, also the bent part of the feeding cord 30 which is extremely affected by the torsional force caused by the rotation of the electric motor 8 is not covered with protecting tubes 31, 33 and 34, accordingly, the feeding cord 30 is able to absorb smoothly the torsional force without pressured by the crease due to the torsion of the protecting tubes 31, 33 and 34.
