PURPOSE:To prevent a bearing part from adhesion of dust, oil and the like by a method wherein the rotating part of an electric motor is contained in a supporting body with which the stator of the motor is rotatably supported. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor 12 is rotatably supported in the space formed by a cup-shaped front supporting body 10 and a rear supporting body 11 which are fixed to a supporting member 8 with screws 9. Further, the electric motor 12 is contained in the space formed by a cup-shaped motor front case 19 and a rear case 20 in which a stator 18 is press-fitted, and supported at inner surface of the cases. Through holes 25, 25 through which a cylinder shaft 23 and a reeling shaft 24 are inserted, and bearings 26, 26 for rotatably supporting are formed at the central part of the front supporting body 10 and the rear supporting body 11. A feeding cord 27 for the electric motor 12 is led out from the side surface of the rear case 20, then led out from said rear supporting body 11 with keeping a slack. Thus, the rotatable supporting part of the electric motor can be prevented from adhesion of dust, refuse and the like by containing thereof inside of the supporting body serving both as the bearing, accordingly, the smooth rotation through long time operation can be contrived.
