PURPOSE:To obtain a conveyance system to realize full automation of plishing work by fixing four units of lens pressure-positioning devices to be pitch-rotated by every 1/4 of the circumference of a circle in a crossed state for arranging lens-polishers at 3 positions corresponding to these devices. CONSTITUTION:This conveyance system consists of a lense conveyance positioning mechanism A and a lense supply/removing mechanism B. The lens conveyance positioning mechanism A is constructed of four units of lens pressure- positioning devices (b) fixed to be crossed to be pitch-rotated by every 1/4 of the circumference of a circle. The removing mechanism B is provided with a work table to be elevatable and pitch-rotatable at a position where none of three lens-polishers (a) is arranged. Lenses placed on this work table are vacuum- absorbed by the positioning devices (b), and brought up together with the rise of a loading table. In this construction, they can be conveyed to polishers (a) successively by the pitch-rotation of this table. |
