PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the titled device which has stability and a wide range of operation by a method wherein the power source wiring and the ground wiring of an input circuit are made different from those of the other internal circuit. CONSTITUTION:The power source terminals VD and the ground terminals of the input circuit 23, an output circuit 21, and the other internal circuit 22 are wired by separation. Here, since the power source line and the ground line of the input circuit 23 which gives a great influence on the performance of said device are separated from those of the other circuits 21 and 22, the current flowing through this power source line and this ground line is only the current in a small amount used in the circuit 23, and therefore the noise voltage thereof is very small. Accordingly, it hardly gives effects on an input voltage and the range of operation. |
