PURPOSE:To prevent feeding cord from disconnection and the like caused by a torsional force applied to the cord by a method wherein the cord is exposed except a protecting tube where the torsional force is applied. CONSTITUTION:A feeding cord 30 for an electric motor 8 is formed of plural lead wires, those wires are led out from the outer periphery part of the rear surface of a rear case 23, wired to the front part of a reel rotatable supporting shaft 27 after bent along the rear surface of the rear case 23, then inserted through the reel rotatable supporting shaft 27 after bent. The feeding cord 30 is covered with protecting tube 31 from leading out part of the rear case 23 to the front part of the reel rotatable supporting shaft 27, also a portion through which the reel rotatable supporting shaft 27 is inserted and a portion to which a supporting frame 5 is guided and engaged are covered with protecting tubes 33, 34 the vicinity of the front and rear part of the reel rotatable supporting shaft 27, as it is called, the bent part is not covered with the protecting tubes, accordingly, the feeding cord 30 is exposed. Therefore, the feeding cord 30 is not pressured by the crease due to the torsion of protecting tubes 31, 33 and 34 caused by the rotation of the electric motor 8, the torsional force can be smoothly absorbed by the exposed portion of the feeding cord 30.
