PURPOSE:To provide the titled film having excellent antifogging property at low temperature and durability of the antifogging property at high temperature, and capable of removing the moisture in a space rapidly, by compounding a mixture of specific higher fatty acid polyhydric alcohol partial esters and a specific compound containing polyfluoroalkyl group. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. of a synthetic resin (preferably polyvinyl chloride) is compounded with (B) 1-5pts.wt. of a mixture of partial esters of higher fatty acid and polyhydric alcohol, containing 20-80wt% of diesters and 80-20wt% of the monoesters and triesters, and obtained by esterifying (i) a hexahydric alcohol (hexitol) obtained by the reduction of a sugar (hexose) and/or a polyhydric alcohol obtained by removing 1-2 moles of water from the above hexahydric alcohol with (ii) a higher fatty acid, and (C) 0.01-2pts.wt. of a compound having 3-20C polyfluoroalkyl group. The component (B) is preferably an ester of sorbit (sorbitol-type polyhydric alcohol, etc.) and palmitic acid, etc.
