PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition capable of loading a large amount of filler containing mica, and having remarkably improved properties such as rigidity, by compounding a polypropylene with modified polypropylene, wood flour and surface-untreated mica. CONSTITUTION:32-45wt% of polypropylene is compounded with 1-10wt% of a modified polypropylene, 30-50wt% of wood flour and 15-25wt% of mica. The modified polypropylene is e.g. a maleic acid-modified polypropylene, etc. obtained by partially copolymerizing a polypropylene with 1-10 moles, preferably 5 moles of an organic acid. The components are mixed and diffused homogeneously with a Henschel mixer, and extruded with an extruder.
