PURPOSE:To prepare the titled specimen preservable for a long period and giving high yield in the condensation reaction even if it is used for the reaction as it is, by dissolving a solid specimen of a specific protected nucleotide compound in dioxane in the presence of pyridine, and freeze-drying the solution. CONSTITUTION:The solid specimen of the protected nucleotide compound of formula (R is H or protected OH; R1 is chemical protecting group of phosphoric acid group; R2 is chemical protecting group of OH; B' is base selected from protected guanine, adenine, cytosine, uracyl and thymine; A is lower alkylamine; n is natural number) is dissolved in dioxane together with pyridine and the solution is freeze-dried to obtain the objective nucleotide compound specimen.
