PURPOSE:To attain the attachment of an ROM cartridge to a radio equipment even after a personal radio equipment is attached to a car, by drilling a hole to a setting front face for attachment of the ROM cartridge through said front face. CONSTITUTION:A socket 4 is fixed by a screw 7 to a set 1 which is attached to a car, and an ROM cartridge 5 is attached to the set 1. Thus it is possible to attach the cartridge 5 without removing the set 1 even after the set 1 is attached to the car. The hole 2a drilled through an escutcheon 2 is hidden by a loadable/ unloadable plate 3.
