摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a transformer whose unit windings are arranged along the circumference of the windings by a method wherein at least one of the primary winding and the secondary winding is wound in such a manner that the winding width to the outside of a wound core is wider than that of the inside so that the circumference length of the windings is reduced. CONSTITUTION:Unit transformer windings 11, 11,... are wound on a wound core 10 along the circumference direction at a prescribed interval. The winding 11 is composed of the primary winding 13 which is wound in a frame 12 attached to the wound core 10 and the secondary winding 14 which is provided to the outside of the winding 13 concentrically. The respective windings 13, 13,... and 14, 14,... are connected in series. The frame 12 is composed of two half-frame portions 12A, 12B and a drum portion 12a is formed to have a circular arc shape and its outside length is longer than its inside length. The winding 13 is wound in such a manner that the winding width L1 to the outside circumference is wider than the winding width l1 to the inside and on the winding 13, with an insulation cylinder 16 and an insulator 17 in between, the winding 14 is wound in such a manner that the winding width L2 to the outside circumference is wider than the winding width l2 to the inside. With this constitution, the insulation between each winding can be obtained easily and the circumference length of the windings is reduced so that the size is reduced.
