发明名称 COMBUSTION DEVICE EMPLOYING OXYGEN COMBUSTION BURNER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve energy efficiency, by a method wherein a heat exchanger is mounted to recover waste heat, a CO2 recovering means, which recovers CO2 through purging of exhaust gas from moisture content, is installed, and a combustion temperature regulating circuit, which regulates combustion temperature through return of a part of exhaust gas to a burner, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Fuel (a) and oxygen (b), which are heated through recovery of waste heat imparted by exhaust gas by means of a heat exchanger 6, are fed to an oxygen combustion burner 2 and burnt in a combustion furnace 1. Exhaust gas through the heat exchanger 6 is fed to a cooler 13, and thereafter, CO2 and water are separated from each other in a drain bottle 14. CO2, purged of moisture content, is recovered through a CO2 extracting part 14b at the upper part of the drain bottle 14. Further, an exhaust gas return pipe 11, which is branched at a stage preceeding the heat exchanger 6 on an exhaust pipe 5 and has a valve 10, is connected to the burner 2 to from a combustion temperature regulating circuit 12 which controls the combustion temperature through regulation of the concentration of the fuel and oxygen in furl-air mixture adjusted by the burner 2.
