PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the resistance of tidal current and wind force by a method in which the tip of a rack is attached to the inside of a cylindrical leg having an opening in its longitudinal direction without projecting it from the outer face of the leg or in a minimumly projected state by means of a supporter. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a rack 4 is attached to the inside of a cylindrical leg 3 having an opening 3c in its longitudinal direction by supporters 4a-4c without projecting it from the outer face of the leg 3 or in a minimumly projected state. In the leg 3, inside leg guides 7 and 8 supported by a working platform are fitted through the aperture 5 between the ends of both ends 3a and 3b forming the opening 3c and the rack 4, the inside arc-shaped portions 7' and 8' are slidably contacted with the inner face 3' of the leg 3, and outside guides 9 and 10 supported by offshore working platform are contacted with the outer faces of both ends 3a and 3b of the opening 3c. Since the opening face 3c of the leg 3 is made smaller and no projection is present on the outer face of the leg 3 or minimumly projected portion is present due to the insertion of the rack 4 into the leg 3, resistance of waves, etc., can be reduced. |
