PURPOSE:A weakly acidic or neutral emulsified cosmetic having stability with time free from skin irritation, obtained by using both a specific phosphoric ester partially or completely neutralized with a basic substance and a glycerol monofatty acid ester as an emulsifying agent. CONSTITUTION:An emulsified cosmetic containing preferably (A) 0.1-5wt% phosphoric ester consisting of a phosphoric monoester shown by the formula I and a phosphoric diester shown by the formula II (R1 and R4 are 10-22C straight-chain alkyl or straight-chain alkenyl; R2 and R3 are ethylene, or propylene; m and n 0-30 number) in a molar ratio of phosphoric monoester to phosphoric diester of (100:0)-(70:30), partially or completely neutralized with a basic substance, (B) 0.5-20wt% glycerol 8-22C monofatty acid ester, (C) 1- 60wt% oily base, and (D) 25-95wt% water, having weak acidity or neutrality most suitable to the skin, high stability to the skin, and improved stability with time. |
