PURPOSE:To prevent the orientation of a magnetic field from decreasing due to the addition of an adhesive by alternately applying a magnetic field of an orienting magnetic field direction and a magnetic field of a reverse direction to the previous magnetic field before pressure molding and varying the applying magnetic field at 50% or more, 100% or more and 50% or more of the maximum orienting magnetic field while pressure molding. CONSTITUTION:An alloy of Sm and Co is finely pulverized. This raw material powder is mixed with toluene solution dissolved in advance a stearic acid, and then dried. This material is filled in an injection mold, an orienting magnetic field is applied to the mold, a reverse magnetic field is then applied in a cycle. After 50% of the maximum orienting magnetic field is applied, the maximum orienting magnetic field is then applied, and 50% of the magnetic field is again applied. |
