PURPOSE:To eliminate the regularity of a binary counter by controlling a multiplexer for changing the weighting of each output bit of a binary counter, and a circuit for discriminating whether a derived probability data is within an optional range or not at a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A binary counter (BC) 1 of (n)-bit counts up to 0-99. Whether the probability by which an output of each bit is outputted by changing the weighting by a multiplexer 2 is within an optional range or not is discriminated by a discriminating circuit 3. The control circuit 4 supplies a weighting changing code to the multiplexer 2 and a probability range checking code to the discriminating circuit 3. In this case, an H and L generation ratio of each output bit of the BC1 becomes as per an attached table. In this regard, a numeral of 8 shows weighting of a BC7, and a numeral of 9 shows a ratio of H and L of each output bit. The weighting is changed, the multiplexer 2 selects a weighting of 10 as shown in the attached table to output a weighting of a numeral of 11. In this way, it is possible to obtain a data which is scarcely influenced by regularity between the numerical values. |
