PURPOSE:To make a spring constant suited to running conditions, etc., selectable at will and aim at improvements in a vibro-isolating effect as well as the promotion of longer service life, by making up a tilt angle in vibro-isolating rubber alterable. CONSTITUTION:With turning force added to a plate 10 at the lower side by a motor 14 via a piston 15 and a segment gear 13, a vibro-isolating device 4 is turned round clockwise and counterclockwise each centering on pin 7 along a rail 12 and able to optionally select a tilt angle theta. When this tilt angle is made to be smaller, vibro-isolating rubber 3 comes to deformation in a compression direction,becoming high in a spring constant, and when the tilt angle theta is made to be larger, the vibro-isolating rubber 3 comes to deformation in a shearing direction, causing the spring constant to be reduced. Therefore, in time of idling and so on, the spring constant of the vibro-isolating rubber is made to be brought down, raising up the vibro-isolating effect, and simultaneously in time of running on a rough road, the spring constant is made to be larger and its displacement is reduced to some extent, thus longer service life is well promoted. |
