摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a cooked food, constantly keeping high and uniform quality, easily, by detecting the water-content of the food from the weight of the raw material, and terminating the boiling-down process according to the detected value. CONSTITUTION:The total weight of the heating pan 1 and the food raw material charged in the pan 1 is measured by the load cell 23 of the weighing apparatus 22. The weight signal transmitted from the apparatus 22 is operated by the controller 24 connected to the weighing apparatus 22 to display the weight of the material on a displaying means 24a continually during the boiling-down process of the material, and at the same time, to calculate the water-content of the material from the weight. When the water-content reaches a prescribed level, a terminating signal is transmitted from the controller to terminate the boiling- down process. Accordingly, a product having high and uniform quality can be prepared easily without necessitating constant watching by the operator.
