PURPOSE:To enhance the contactness between a foiled conductor and an insulating sheet by winding a press roller under compression when superposing and winding the conductor and the sheet. CONSTITUTION:An insulating cylinder 2 is placed on a winding die 1, tension is applied to an insulating sheet 3 and a foil-wound conductor 4 via rollers 5, 6, the sheet and the conductor are pressed by a low pressure roller 7, wound under closely contacting, thereby manufacturing a foil-wound coil. The tensions of the sheet and the conductor are equivalently increased by the compressing force of the pressing roller, thereby improving the contact of the coil. |
