PURPOSE:To provide a polymer compsn. which can be easily bonded to metal at a low temp. in a short time and has excellent durable adhesiveness and high- temperature adhesiveness, containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified crystalline polyolefin, a rubbery polymer and a glassy polymer. CONSTITUTION:A polymer compsn. consists of an unsaturated carboxylic acid (or anhydride)-modified crystalline polyolefin (A) or a compsn. composed of said modified crystalline polyolefin (A) and an unmodified crystalline polyolefin (B) in a ratio of component A to component B of pref. 2-90/10-98 and having an unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride content of pref. at least 0.001wt%, a rubbery polymer (C) and a glassy polymer (D). When the content of the unsaturated acrboxylic acid or anhydride is less than 0.001wt%, adhesion is insufficient.
