PURPOSE:To improve the tight contact state of a stationary slit plate and a jig and to eliminate the variance in characteristics by attracting stationary slit plate magnetically to the jig. CONSTITUTION:A stationary slit plate 4 is made of a magnetic material. A jig 3 is also made of a magnetic material, and is maintained in a magnetized state by attracting a permanent magnet 5 thereto freebly attachaly and detachably. To position the plate 4 to a body 1, the inside circumference of the plate 4 is fitted tightly to the outside circumference of the jig 3 inserted onto a revolving shaft 2 by utilizing magnetic attraction force, whereby it is fixed to the body 1. To remove to jig 3, the permanent magnet 5 is removed then the jig 3 are removed easily. |
