PURPOSE:To improve a quality of a data transfer by eliminating a confliction in an interface on a software so that a temporary lock state is not generated on the interface. CONSTITUTION:A titled system is constituted so that a command data signal from a main central processing unit, and a response data signal from a subcentral processing unit do not conflict with each other in an interface on a software. For instance, in case when a command data signal from a main CPUA and a response data signal from a CPUB conflict with each other, a command flag signal is set to an RS flip-flop, and thereafter, the command flag signal and a response flag signal are sensed by the main CPUA. As a result, the sub-CPUB cannot input the command flag signal, and also the confliction state is detected by the main CPUA so that the confliction is eliminated by resetting the command flag signal from the RS flip-flop.
