PURPOSE:To enable the dishing of a definite amount of a food to a definite position on a dish or a food pastry, by transferring the food to be dished in a state thrust with plural needles. CONSTITUTION:The food 18 to be dished is thrust with plural needles 14 arranged in an arbitrary manner, the needles 14 are transferred on the position to be dished, and the food 18 is removed from the needles 14 and arranged to a definite position. A definite amount of the food can be easily and surely taken out of the stock site, and arranged at a definite position on a dish, etc. If necessary, the food can be arranged in a pattern of a letter or a figure, or a plurality of different foods can be placed to separate individual positions e.g. in a lunch box. |
