PURPOSE:A prepreg which can afford a void-free laminated sheet having excellent adhesion and good precision in thickness, prepared by laying and fixing at least two different thermosetting resin composition powders having different gelation times on a fibrous base. CONSTITUTION:Use is made of at least two thermosetting composition powders with the gelation times which are different from each other by a factor of at least 1.5-5, e.g., an epoxy or phenolic resin of a particle diameter <=about 300mu. Namely, a prepreg is formed by spraying and fixing about 40-80wt%, based on the entire prepreg, at least two above-mentioned resin composition powders (wherein the proportion of the resin composition powder having the shortest gelation time is preferably about 60-90wt%) on a fibrous base, e.g., glass cloth having a thickness of about 0.05-0.18mm. and a basis weight of about 36-203g/m<2>.
