PURPOSE:To always detect continuously and exactly generation of a failure by comparing and checking a speed feedback value by a motor driven by a speed control device, and a speed command value outputted from this speed control device. CONSTITUTION:A position command value XC is given to a positioning control device 11, and by a deviation to a position detecting value XG of a position detector 2, a speed command value VC of an operation pattern is outputted to a speed control device 3. The speed control device 3 drives a driving motor 4, and by this driving, a command speed generator 5 feeds back a speed feedback value VF to the speed control device 3. When the position command value XC and the position detecting value XG become equal, the positioning control device 11 sets the speed command value VC to ''0'' and completes the positioning. In this case, the feedback value VF and the command value VC are compared, and when this deviation is continued by a fixed amount for a constant interval of time, it is decided to be caused by a failure of a speed control system, and a fault detecting signal EM14 for generating an alarm is obtained. |
