PURPOSE:To improve a response characteristics for thereby making available a highly efficient operation of the system, by constituting a synchronization limiter such that it may reset the integrating circuit of output command signal and the limiting value of output signal from the integrating element of PI control circuit interlocking with a turbine output limiting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A turbine control device comprises an integrating device 1 obtaining the magnitude of output requirement C from an output command signal A, a limiter 2 controlling the upper and the lower limits of the magnitude of output requirement C, a proportional element 3, a PI control circuit 5 including an integrating element section 4 and a limiter 5, a governor motor 6 setting the output of turbine 11 and a limiter 7 limiting the output of governor motor 6. The turbine control device further comprises a lower value priority circuit 10 receiving synthesized signal of the reverse value 8 of drooping characteristic generated in response to a turbine r.p.m. deviation DELTAW and the output of above limiter 7, and the setting signal of load limiter 9. In this case, a synchronization limiter 13 receiving an output reference value B is provided so as to reset the limit value of limiters 2, 5 and set the limit value of limiters 7, 9. |
