PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in the detecting sensitivity by delaying a load detection value in a motor drive mechanism for a sunroof for a vehicle at the rising time, and not delaying the value at the falling time, thereby setting an overload reference value. CONSTITUTION:The current of a motor 11 of a sunroof drive unit of a vehicle is detected by a resistor 40, and applied to a delay circuit 110 through a filter 60, an amplifier 70 and an adder 80 for adding an allowable level voltage to the detected voltage. A delay is applied to the output only at the rising time, not applied at the falling time, the output is stored in a memory 140, the delay output is compared with the stored output by a delay detection level check circuit 90 to set an overload reference value through a comparator 100, thereby controlling the stop of the motor 11 by a motor stopping circuit 120. Accordingly, even if the load is normally varied, the variation in the detected value can be reduced, thereby stabilizing the detecting sensitivity. |
